All items are handmade with love in Hartford, Connecticut. Each item will have small variations and possible imperfections. Clay earrings are made start to finish from a block of clay. Each piece is unique. Each item is lovingly rolled out, cut, baked, sanded and assembled by hand from polymer clay. 

 

Polymer clay is durable and light weight, however they should be handled with care. They can be scratched so be sure to keep them in a safe dry place. The backs of the earrings are stainless steel therefore they will not tarnish. It's not recommended to wear them in water (showering or swimming). Though they are durable, it's best not to bend them. 

 

Returns & exchanges are not accepted due to quality control, however if you ever have an issue with your earrings please reach out to me via email at Lilaccollections7@gmail.com

Shipping

-My order processing time is 3-5 business days prior to shipment.  

- I offer FREE USA Shipping on orders $75+. The discount will automatically be applied during checkout. 

-All orders will be shipped via USPS using first class package. International packages are shipped via USPS First Class Package International. 

- Shipping rates are determined by package weight, size, and USPS rates. 

-A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment. I am not responsible for USPS delays due to Covid-19. 

- I am not responsible for lost packages. Once I give the package to the USPS, it is their responsibility to get it to you. Please file a claim with the USPS before emailing me about your order. 

- I am not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being given to me. 

- I am not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. I package orders with care to ensure no breakage.

-If a product is damaged, contact my email Lilaccollections7@gmail.com with a photo and the order number and I will determine if I am able to replace the product.
